Information for tenant:
Reception and welcome: contract review, deposit of bail, keys, facilities instructions and tourist information about Mallorca. Opening hours from 16 pm to 9*pm. Advice by email of the date of arrival and estimated time.
Cleaning: The property includes clean sheets and towels. There is no cleaning or change of towels-bed sheets during the stay.

Departure and farewell:
1) at 10 am, a member of the team of Mallorca10 will meet you at the property for returning the deposit and receive the keys. For departures prior to that time, the return of the deposit will be send by transfer. (in the event of damage caused by the tenant during the stay, there will be a damage valuation discounting the amount of the deposit).

To formalize the reservation, the client will have to pay the 35 of the total amount of the rental.
Before the customer enters at the property, the client will pay the 65 remaining and a deposit depending on the type of property that will vary between 300 and 500 Euros. This deposit will be refunded to customer at the time of exit.
Total loss of that 35 % payment in case of cancellation
Mallorca10 reserves the possibility to claim the 50 % of payment of the 35 % initial.
