In Banyalbufar, a village in the northwest of the Balearic island Mallorca, this holiday home is located directly on the terraced cliffs by the sea and therefore offers its guests a unique view of the deep blue ocean. The Mallorcan holiday home with characteristic shutters consists of a light-flooded living/dining room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a counter, 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds and mosquito nets as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The accommodation is furnished in elegant white and cream colours and includes Wi-Fi and air conditioning. In the outdoor area you will find a garden, a sun terrace overlooking the sea, a dining table and chairs as well as comfortable recliners.

 

Enjoy the incredible panoramic view of this Unesco World Heritage site with a glass of wine in the evening hours and leave everyday stress behind! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 450 m (a 8 minutes' walk) away. The nearest stone beach, Cala Banyalbufar, is 800 m away and is within walking distance. Take a stroll along the coast - a staircase leads to the bay with its crystal clear turquoise waters.

Payment Conditions:

 

To formalize the reservation, the client will have to pay the 35 of the total amount of the rental.

Before the customer enters at the property, the client will pay the 65 remaining and a deposit of 500 Euros. This deposit will be refunded to customer at the time of exit.

Total loss of that 35 % payment in case of cancellation

Mallorca10 reserves the possibility to claim the 50 % of payment of the 35 % initial.
